Baking since a teenager, Jenn Riesman has climbed her way up the culinary ladder.  With over fifteen years of baking and pastry experience, Jenn has made quite the name for herself in San Antonio Tx. Her skills range from detailed custom cakes and wedding cakes to savory baking, unique plated desserts and an unparalleled eye for design and flavor combination. Jenn's mark can be found all over San Antonio. A painted portrait of her baked goods hangs in Supper - An American Eatery located inside Hotel Emma, where she was the opening Executive Pastry Chef. Slices of her decadent pies can be purchased at various restaurants and almost every Chef or Foodie in the city knows of her talent. 

Since launching Rooster Crow Baking Co in late 2019, it has always been the goal to open a concept that not only show cases Jenn's range of skills and interests but to provide a unique culinary experience that supports the artistic and colorful community of San Antonio.  

June 2022 is the first step of many in achieving the goal of opening Rooster Crow Bake House. A bakery concept with a range of sweet, savory and unique baked goods paired with thoughtful refreshments and funky boozey punches and spritzers.   With sights set for the trendy South Town neighborhood there is only one way to move forward... And that's with the help and support of the San Antonio community.  

Nothing comes cheap these days and the burden of even being considered for a small business loan can stop a project before it even starts. Through crowd funding and various events geared toward financing the bakery build out, the time has come to humbly ask for the financial support necessary to start the journey towards an opening date for what is sure to be an added gem to the South Town Community and City of San Antonio.
